Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Part-Time - Barry Primary School

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming Primary School in Barry from September 2025.

?? Working Hours: 3 days per week?? Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan?? Key Stage: Supporting a Key Stage 2 classroom as a general LSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to the class teacher

• Assist with the learning and development of pupils

• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching and Learning qualification

• Proven experience working in a Primary School setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about supporting children's education and wellbeing
