Oversee a team of negotiators and third-party agents, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met.
Lead on renewals, pricing, portal marketing, and CRM compliance (Hubspot).
Coordinate closely with finance, tenancy, and building teams to reduce voids and boost retention.
Report regularly to the General Manager and take ownership of performance tracking.
ARLA Level 3 qualified (essential).
Strong understanding of the Build to Rent sector.
Previous experience working with corporate lets and relocation agents.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Commercially aware, with a track record of meeting targets and delivering service excellence.
