Your role will be to make proactive calls, although no cold calling, working alongside the field sales team to identify opportunities and ensure excellent service and delivery of the business objectives. You'll research firms and build relationships with them, and will work with the team to develop proposals.
You'll design and work to agreed business plans and business objectives, working in partnership with field managers to agree strategy and campaigns with SMART objectives and will identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Using your knowledge of the market and competitors, you will identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
You'll submit weekly progress reports and will ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system, tracking and recording activity on accounts and helping to close deals to meet these targets. You'll support a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement, placing the customer experience front and centre, you'll also fully understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company’s performance.
