Service Manager required for our Client's Supercar Specialist Independent Business based in the Rickmansworth area.

For your hard work for our Client you can expect a basic salary of up to £40000, with OTE of £45000.

The hours of work in this Service Manager position are Monday To Friday (40 Hour Week) / Saturday Morning Rota.

Allocated parking facilitiesResponsibilities:

Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
Booking in vehicles and advising customers on repair durations
Obtaining authorisation for additional work required
Managing the workshop schedule to ensure deadlines and targets are met
Handling invoicing and finance management for work in progress
Taking ownership of customer queries and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service and restoration departments
Coordinating vehicle logistics, including delivery and collection locally and nationwide
Involvement in Concours, events, and race preparation activities for all cars involved
Ensuring compliance with company objectives, targets, and ethosRequirements:

Proven experience in a similar Service Management role within the automotive sector
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
Well presented, proactive, and adaptable
Fully IT literate, especially with Word and Excel
Ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
Full UK driving licence is essential
