Senior Private Client Solicitor – Leadership Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly driven, ambitious Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm. This is a pivotal leadership role that will work closely with the firm's partners to expand and enhance the Private Client department. 

Location: Based in Horsham with flexible hybrid working options available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of private client matters, ensuring excellent client care
• Develop and present growth strategies, budget forecasts, and business development plans to senior leadership
• Lead new business generation initiatives for the Private Client department
• Collaborate in the development and optimisation of the firm’s case management system
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Prepare accurate client invoices and maintain compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
• Supervise, train, and support junior team members, including lawyers, trainees, and paralegals
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, referrers and business partners
• Promote the firm's services through social and professional media platforms
