Estimator wanted in the South West!

KBB Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well established luxury high end leading KBB manufacturer known for their innovation, craftsmanship, and customer-centric approach. With continued growth across the UK, they're now looking for a detail-driven, commercially aware Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, paying between £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Role Overview:
As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in the commercial success of our projects by accurately pricing jobs, managing quotations, and ensuring profitability. You'll collaborate with our sales, design, and production teams to deliver cost-effective, accurate estimates that meet both customer expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and timely estimates for KBB projects based on drawings, specifications, and customer requirements

* Analyse materials, labour, and time requirements to ensure competitive pricing

* Liaise closely with design and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy

* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of materials, supplier costs, and industry trends

* Identify cost-saving opportunities and highlight potential project risks

* Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and industry standards

* Support client enquiries and provide technical guidance where necessary

About You:

* Previous experience in an estimating role within the KBB, joinery, or construction industry

* Strong understanding of kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms manufacturing processes

* Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills

* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach

* High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

* Experience with estimating software or CAD-based systems is a bonus
