Mobile Gas Engineer - North West / Chester (Full-Time)

Location: North West (Based from Merseyside, with travel to Chester as needed)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + van, overtime, pension, healthcare & more
Clearance: Role subject to police vetting

A leading national FM company is looking for an experienced Mobile Gas Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance services across multiple sites in the region—keeping buildings operational and clients satisfied.

What You'll Be Doing:

*

Delivering planned and reactive maintenance on commercial/domestic gas systems

*

Responding to breakdowns and call-outs (on a rota)

*

Completing all job-related paperwork accurately and on time

*

Supporting colleagues and supervising sub-contractors on-site

*

Ensuring all tasks meet compliance and safety standards

*

Identifying opportunities for energy and efficiency improvements

*

Working flexibly across nearby contracts and properties

What You'll Need:

*

Full commercial and domestic gas qualifications

*

Strong experience in mobile FM or building services roles

*

Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and CAFM systems

*

Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills

*

Clear, confident communicator with a customer-first approach

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
