Office-Based IFA Administrator – Bury St Edmunds

A well-established financial planning firm in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join their growing team. About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the advisers and paraplanners, ensuring smooth delivery of client service across the business. The firm is looking for someone proactive, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting advisers with end-to-end administrative tasks
• Preparing and processing client documentation and applications
• Liaising with providers to obtain information and update policies
• Maintaining accurate client records and back-office data
• Assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
• Ensuring all compliance requirements and internal processes are followed

• Previous experience in financial services admin (ideally IFA/wealth management, but open to strong wider FS backgrounds)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to work well with clients, advisers and providers
