Future Build Recruitment are currently working with a Facades & Cladding specialist contractor who are on the lookout for a Site Manager initially for a 6 month Stone Cladding project in Guernsey followed by Facades and Cladding projects in and around the London area.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise cladding site operations to completion.

*

Coordinate labour, plant, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.

*

Liaise with main contractor site teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

*

Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and RAMS.

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety in line with company and site policies.

*

Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions.

*

Monitor progress against the programme and report to the Project Manager.

*

Undertake quality inspections and snagging; ensure issues are addressed promptly.

*

Maintain site records, including site diaries, timesheets, deliveries, and inspections.

*

Assist in planning and sequencing of works.

*

Support continuous improvement and problem-solving on site.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on cladding or façade projects.

*

Strong knowledge of rainscreen systems, aluminium panels, SFS, insulation, and fixings.

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certified.

*

CSCS (Supervisor or Manager level)
