Financial Controller South BoltonHybrid Working£70,000-£85,000 plus Bonus & BenefitsAxon Moore are delighted to be exclusively working in partnership with a highly respected, successful, Manufacturing SME, just south of Bolton, who are looking to recruit a hands-on Financial Controller.This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the MD & CFO, where you will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring strong cash flow management, and providing strategic insight to support business growth, whilst leading a strong finance team.Reporting to the CFO duties will include:
• Providing financial and management information
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
• Deliver accurate management accounts, budgets & forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Oversee audits, compliance, and financial controls.
