We're currently seeking a skilled Health & Safety Coordinator to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-output environment. You will have a robust understanding of Health & Safety principles, as well as a strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

* Liaise with shopping centre and train station managers on permits.

* Oversee workshop compliance and ensure safe working practices are up to date.

* Identify and manage project hazards and risks with appropriate documentation.

* Perform inspections and audits to ensure Health and Safety compliance.

* Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses.

* Provide expert Health and Safety advice, including COSHH and Working at Height.

Requirements

* Thorough understanding of one or more relevant industry sectors.

* Proven project management, client relationship management, and commercial skills.

* Ability to inspire and lead proactive Health and Safety initiatives, fostering a strong safety culture and achieving recognition for achievements.

* Professional Health and Safety degree or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of hands-on Health and Safety Management experience in the relevant industry.

Package & Benefits:

* Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 per annum

* 5% - 10% Annual Bonus based on performance

* 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

* Paid Travel Expenses

Working Hours:

* Monday - Friday

* 8:30am - 5:00pm

* 1 hour lunch break
