Service Advisor - Harold Wood

Salary: £32,000 basic + bonus (OTE up to £48,000)
Location: Harold Wood, Essex
Hours: Monday-Friday + Saturday rota

🚗 The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repair work

* Keeping customers updated on progress and costs

* Upselling additional work, service plans, and products

* Liaising with technicians and the workshop controller

* Preparing job cards, invoices, and processing payments

* Delivering excellent customer service at all times

👤 Requirements

* Previous Service Advisor experience (motor trade essential)

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to upsell and hit targets

* Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Experience using Kerridge / Pinnacle / Autoline (preferred)
