The Role

The Sales Account Administrator is a vital member of the Sales Team. The position shares accountability for bookings and revenue with the Sales Engineers in the territory. The position requires a highly responsive and pro-active individual. It provides a single customer point of contact to manage the long-term customer relationship, in coordination with the Sales Engineers

The work will include the following:

Management of order entry and the communication to our sales engineers and customers of order progress to delivery through CRM

Support the maintenance of accurate records on qualified leads, prospects, and sales campaigns in CRM

Raising RMA's, Concessions and Order Amendments when required.

Preparing simple quotations when necessary

Document management/keeping up to date

• Manage after-sales customer satisfaction in co-ordination with other departments to ensure payment delays are kept to a minimum.

The Candidate

To apply for this role, you must

1. Good interpersonal skills

2. Good attention to detail and accuracy

3. Ability to collaborate with Sales Engineers, business teams, Logistics and Finance to meet customer needs and resolve any issues

4. Assertive with sales engineers to ensure that compliance requirements are always met and that necessary documentation and payments are supplied on time and in full.

5. Experience in office admin, customer support or sales support.
