Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Business Services department
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services
- Support and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals
- Drive internal efficiencies and service improvements
- Collaborate with other Partners on strategic planning and business development
Requirements - ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a senior leadership role within practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
