We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to run a large residential development in Aylesbury for a leading national housebuilder.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong residential background who takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality homes, maintaining excellent site standards, and leading teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of a large, multi-unit residential development

*

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard

*

Managing subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers

*

Maintaining excellent health & safety, quality, and environmental standards

*

Liaising with senior management, NHBC, and other stakeholders

*

Driving site performance and promoting a positive site culture

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential developments

*

Strong background with volume housebuilders

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
