About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and emotional support
Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Encourage and support residents to achieve their goals
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and colleagues
