Face to face visits with young people and carers

Office based work as well as vocational travel

Duty tasks as needed

Supporting young people to prepare for adulthood, especially in relation to completing referrals for post 18 accommodation

Liaising with educational providers as well as partner agencies as needed

Able to follow safeguarding procedures

Prepare and attend supervision

Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office
