We are currently seeking a Site Manager, Site Agent or Project Manager with a strong background in civils and groundworks to oversee a large-scale infrastructure project on a secure MOD base in Teesside, North Wales.

The Project:
A critical groundworks and infrastructure package forming part of a wider scheme to build new military homes on site. This includes extensive fire main installation, deep drainage, concrete repair and reinstatement, and general civils management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site coordination and supervision of civil engineering works

*

Manage subcontractors and labour on site

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures

*

Liaise with client representatives and provide progress updates

*

Support quality assurance and ensure technical specifications are met

*

Manage day-to-day site activities and logistics

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in delivering high-quality civil engineering or groundworks packages

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid - essential

*

Strong technical understanding of civils, groundworks, concrete works, and utilities

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills

*

Experience working on MOD or other secure sites highly advantageous

*

Full SC clearance is required (or willingness to go through the process)
