As Quantity Surveyor you will be given the opportunity to work for a leading FM and Real Estate company as a Quantity Surveyor covering high profile clients within the MOJ Framework.

This role will be remote with occasional Travel across the North East, North West, Yorkshire & Humberside.

Our client is a leading Facilities Management and Real Estate client, with the role covering a number of MOJ contracts across the North of England.

The Quantity Surveyor role within the team will be looking after the planned maintenance and reactive maintenance prisons contracts - around 30 sites with a value of £40m. This is typically low value, high volume jobs.

This role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take a step up into commercial management.

Experience in Facilities Management or maintenance as a Main Contractor is a must for this position.

Salary for the role is up to £55k.

The standard hours of work are 37,5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

You will be responsible for:

* Implementing commercial processes to ensure contractual entitlement is realised

* Implement Group commercial processes for cost capture, valuation, procurement and reporting

* Management of Subcontractor accounts in line with agreed subcontract

* Prepare commercial reports including Cost Value Reconciliations and cash flows

* Establish agreed benchmarks and KPIs for the Contract
