Production Operatives - Nights

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for 15 Production Operatives to work in their leading facility in Telford

Please be aware that this will be working a permanent night shift (10 pm-6 am), you MUST be able to attend an induction at 8 pm Monday evening, after which you will start your shift at 10 pm and work through to 6 am, you will also be subjected to a Drugs & Alcohol test.

This is initially a 3-week requirement, but it could be extended depending on workload

For the successful Production Operatives our client is offering;

1. Temporary positions
2. 10 pm - 6 am Monday to Friday
3. £10.46 per hour
4. Free parking
5. Overtime may be required upon request

The Role of the Production Operative:

1. Working in a packing section of the production area
2. Meeting daily production targets
3. Taking orders off the end of the machines
4. Inspecting the products and making sure there are no faults or discrepancies
5. Manual handling
6. Reporting any major faults to the production supervisor

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:

1. Minimum of 12 months production experience
2. Excellent written and verbal English skills
3. You MUST be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test
4. Flexible approach to working Overtime IF asked to do so.
