Our client's passenger car dealership in North London are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team. As parts advisor, you will be a vital link between customers and the dealership, providing exceptional customer service and support in this key role.

The Role

Using Keyloop Autoline software and Parts Catalogue to manage parts inventory and orders
Assisting customers identify and source the correct parts for their vehicles
Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
Maintaining a tidy and organised parts department, adhering to health and safety standards
Collaborating closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfil customer needs
Providing excellent customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptlySkills

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, either dealership or parts factor, is essential for this role
Ability in using Autoline DMS software is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts ordersSalary and Benefits
Competitive Salary, with a realistic OTE £35,500 pa and Company benefits.
