HVAC Engineer
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)
Location: West & East Midlands
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm)
Travel Time: Paid after first 30 mins each way

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Engineer to join our growing service team. You'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of HVAC equipment across diverse commercial contracts - including high street retail chains, hotels, gyms, restaurants, and cinemas.
This is a field-based role, providing the opportunity to work with varied systems in different environments, with the support of a strong and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

* Service, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment (including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems).

* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and effectively.

* Work across a range of commercial client sites.

* Complete all required job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation.

* Participate in the call-out rota (1 in 6).

* Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

* Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer (F-Gas certification essential).

* Strong knowledge of servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
