We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes, for a Quality Focal Point to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take ownership of site compliance and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure site compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards

* Manage and respond to customer quality-related queries

* Coordinate site raw material requirements and availability

* Oversee product failure investigations and implement corrective actions

* Produce detailed reports and data analysis

* Liaise with internal departments regarding stock and quality-related issues

* Manage the site calibration system

* Conduct internal and external audits

* Collaborate closely with the operations team to uphold quality standards

* Perform testing of products and materials to ensure specification compliance

* Identify training and development needs within the quality team

* Support new product development initiatives and product applications

* Maintain and monitor QC equipment, ensuring timely repairs or replacements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven background in Quality Assurance

* Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (essential)

* Internal Auditor qualification for IATF 16949 (preferred)

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
