Your New Role
Due to growth and expansion we now require a pro-active, experienced HR Administrator to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR Team in duties such as maintaining all personnel records, including holiday and sickness absence - updating databases where appropriate.
The HR Administrator position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Whilst the role is administrative in nature, you should have an interest in pursuing a career in HR and understand the importance of the HR function within the Company. Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Support the Head of HR & Training and HR Advisor in all HR functions as required.
* Deliver effective HR administrative support.
* Record holiday, leave and sickness absence for all staff.
* Support the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
* Assist the Head of HR & Training and HR Advisor with monthly reporting as required.
* Produce letters and emails as directed.
* Maintain all personnel records.
* Support the HR Advisor in the administration and monitoring of employee benefit schemes e.g. Pension, Medical Plan, Childcare Vouchers.
* Participate in HR projects as directed.
Person Specification
* Prior work experience as HR Assistant required.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and use own initiative.
* Confidentiality and Discretion.
* Flexible and willing with a can-do attitude.
* Good team player.
