About the RoleWorking alongside our dispatch and transport teams, you will be driving a modern vehicle for a professional organisation.

The Main Responsibilities of a Class 2 Driver include;

Operating a Class 2 vehicle for Multi Drop Deliveries from our Worley Depot of Both Carcass and Boxed Meat Products.

Working Monday to Friday #removed#/To finish

Assist in the completion of loading, accurately and secure
Carry out Pre and post trip Vehicle Inspections, ensuring road worthiness and regulatory compliance
Completion of all required paperwork
Prompt reporting of vehicle issues
Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation
Communicating effectively with dispatchers and colleagues in relation to any delays or issues
Report any vehicle issues promptly

Requirements

It is essential you have;

A full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
Class 2 Licence with a minimum of 6 months experience
Flexible outlook on working hours
Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
Good understand of Driver regulations and working directive regulations
Ability to work independently
Ability to deal with a manual handling role
Good communication
Experience in a fast-paced transport environment
Flexibility with working hours and reliability
Good literacy
Good timekeeping and attendance
