We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team at their facility in Prestwick where you will play a critical role in ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in full compliance supporting ongoing repair and overhaul activity.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the site

* Plan and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Manage contractors and suppliers ensuring work is delivered safely on time and within budget

* Ensure compliance with all environmental health & safety regulations

* Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments (e.g. fire systems, HVAC, water hygiene, asbestos)

* Act as the main point of contact for all facilities-related matters

* Manage site services including security, cleaning, waste and general upkeep

* Support project work, including layout changes and space utilisation

* Monitor environmental performance (energy, waste, etc.) and drive improvements

* Respond to any site or facilities-related incidents or emergencies

Key Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred

* Strong knowledge of building services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing)

* Experience managing contractors and external suppliers

* Good understanding of EHS and statutory compliance

* Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability

* Comfortable managing a varied and fast-paced workload
