Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) Oldbury, West Midlands
From £55,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-registered Children’s Residential Home in Oldbury (B69).
This is a permanent opportunity for a strong leader with proven EBD experience and a successful track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
Key Responsibilities:- Full operational management of the children’s residential home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
- Lead, supervise and develop the staff team
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
- Maintain high standards of care and risk management
- Manage care planning and placement stability
- Liaise with Local Authorities, professionals and families
- Maintain occupancy and ensure effective home performance
Essential Requirements:- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a Children’s Residential Home
- Experience supporting young people with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must live locally and be able to commute daily to B69
Salary:Base salary starting from £55,000 per annum.
Final package will be discussed during interview depending on experience and track record.
