Job Responsibilities:

* Design and develop PLC/DCS-based control systems for oil & gas and energy applications

* Develop software using:Allen-Bradley / Rockwell (Studio 5000, RSLogix) / Siemens (TIA Portal, Step 7) / Mitsubishi (GX Works)

* Configure and develop HMI, SCADA, and operator interface systems

* Produce Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Control Philosophies, and Test Documentation

* Support SIL-rated and safety-related system design where required

* Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)

Experience Required:

* Proven experience in control systems engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or energy industries

* Strong PLC programming experience (Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi platforms)

* Experience with industrial communication protocols including EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, and Profibus

* Understanding of control philosophies, cause & effect matrices, and alarm management

* Knowledge of industrial safety systems and standards (IEC 61508 / 61511 advantageous)

* Experience working in regulated or hazardous environments (ATEX / COMAH desirable)
