A Commercial Solicitor is required by a Wiltshire law firm, within their Commercial department.
 
The Firm
A regional private practice law firm with offices in strategically located across Wiltshire. The private practice offers a wide range of legal services such as company commercial, Corporate, Commercial Property, Commercial Litigation, Family, Employment, Residential Property and Personal Injury.
 
The Role
The successful Commercial Solicitor will undertake a varied and interesting case load and will require approximately 3+ years similar post qualification experience. The role will deal with commercial business sales and purchases, drafting, reviewing  and amending commercial agreements/contracts and the sale and purchase of commercial property. The role is commutable from Trowbridge, Devizes, Calne, Chippenham and Corsham.
 
The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE in commercial law with property
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to undertake business development
