Lecturer in Foundation Learning

• Location: East London
• Job Type: Temporary
• Hours: 21 teaching hours + 3 hours admin per week

Day-to-day of the role of a Foundation Learning Lecturer:

• Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to foundation learning.
• Engage and inspire students to achieve their maximum potential.
• Manage classroom activities and ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Perform administrative duties related to teaching and student management.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methodologies and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Foundation Learning Role:

• Must hold a Teaching Qualification.
• Experience in Foundation Learning is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
