Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire
Salary: up to £65,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!

Responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager:

* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the home

* Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards

* Maintain the highest standard of care for all residents

* Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve excellence

Requirements as a Registered Home Manager:

* Valid NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

* Previous experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or residential care setting
