About the Role
A specialist lender in the bridging and development finance space is seeking an experienced BDM to expand its presence across the North West and the Midlands. You'll be promoting a well-regarded product range, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with brokers and introducers.

Locations: North West, Midlands, South West (3 roles available)

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business across the region through proactive outreach and relationship management

* Promote the lender's full suite of bridging and development finance products

* Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, introducers, and key industry partners

* Manage your own territory and pipeline while delivering exceptional service

* Represent the business at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years' experience in bridging, development finance, or a closely related lending environment

* Brokers with strong broker/introducer relationships will also be considered

* Strong existing relationships with brokers and introducers

* Confident communicator with a proven track record of generating new business

* Full UK driving licence

* Self-motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable working remotely
