We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Worker to join our team for ongoing projects in the Enfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable work with competitive rates.Pay Rates:

• The pay range for the role is 22.50 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £19.18per hour, inclusive of holiday.

Location: Enfield, North LondonHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMRole Overview:As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for a range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Basic plastering and tiling
• Painting and decorating
• General property maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
• Own tools and PPE
• Right to work in the UK
