HR Administrator

SALARY: £10/hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR/Recruitment Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in West Bromwich. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding and professional organisation

The company are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join their organisation on a temporary ongoing basis

Duties include:

• Co-ordinate recruitment process with the apprentice to ensure all paperwork is correct and ready to hand out to potential staff during the interview process

• Maintain and Support the HR department with any Staff Absences, monitoring leave and keeping staff files up to date

• Attend HR meeting, giving out agendas, circulating paperwork and making notes when required

• Collate statistics and produce information reports from spreadsheets and the internal database

• Produce letters and documents to support in accordance with different meetings taking place

• Complete returns to work, with staff members and process any holiday requests

• Be responsible for identifying training needs for staff and then discussing this further with the Chief executive

The hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (working a total of 30 hours between these times)

Pay rate: £10per hour
