Daytime Healthcare Agency are currently seeking a PRISON CLEARED Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the client's team based in on a 3-month placement, with the contract reviewed every 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Deliver mental health interventions across wellbeing, primary, and secondary mental health services within the prison.

*

Manage own caseload, including assessments, care planning, interventions, and reviews in line with the Care Programme Approach.

*

Provide evidence-based nursing care and health promotion tailored to the prison environment.

*

Ensure culturally sensitive and inclusive care for service users.

*

Conduct appropriate risk assessments and provide effective clinical advice and decision-making.

*

Coordinate care delivery under the care coordination approach.

*

Maintain high standards of clinical practice, including the safe custody, storage, and administration of medication.

*

Contribute to quality standards through auditing, monitoring, and reviewing clinical practice in line with current guidance and policies
