A Project Manager opportunity has become available with a progressive consultancy in Manchester, delivering commercial and healthcare projects.

The Project Manager will manage projects from design through to delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders. You must have previous construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will manage consultants, monitor programme and risk, and maintain client reporting obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating consultant teams

• Managing programme and reporting performance

• Supporting procurement and contract administration

• Managing risk and change processes

• Maintaining client communication

• Consultancy-based Project Manager experience

• Worked across all the RIBA stages

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• MAPM or MRICS qualified or working towards

• £45,000 - £55,000

• Clear progression pathway

• Exposure to major clients and high-profile schemes

• Private healthcare
