The Digital Transformation solution Sales Executive is responsible for driving both new business and incremental sales in the Digital Transformation Services arena for a set of accounts in all aspects of Digital Transformation and related services, which includes, but not limited to: API Gateway platform implementation, Agile Transformation, AI & ML, Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Solutions, and DevOps capabilities. The Sales Executive will report directly to Customer Success executive. Successful candidates will work closely with both our Delivery and Sales Leadership team, to guide and support them with selling these capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop new client relationship and expand existing relationships to originate and/or expand sales opportunities Manage client expectations in conjunction with the Digital Engagement Lead Drive the messaging and value proposition of our Digital services in a client organization Collaborate with Digital Engagement Leads, Architects and delivery teams to position sales and solution material to efficiently create compelling responses for our clients Work closely with clients to understand where they are in their Digital transformation journey and demonstrate our capability in helping them achieve their goals Work with the client to co-create solutions for their business problems and position our technology accelerators and assets to address specific business challenges and requirements Lead deal shaping activities for our Digital practice Execute sales campaigns related to Digital capabilities and platforms across existing and white space accounts Work with Digital Engagement Leads and/or Technical Leads to drive incremental revenue growth through further expansion of footprint at client Leverage industry expertise to influence client in resourcing Participate in Account planning and forecasting activities. The Digital Transformation Solution Sales Executive will work to: Develop new Client relationships and manage those effectively Expand our work in new areas of the client s business through new offerings and services through approved contracting channels Plans and prioritizes activities for the team / Meets deadlines consistently Manage sales cycles and solution creation during competitive bidding and/or sole-sourced opportunities Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in sales and delivery of Digital transformation solutions and services Minimum two years of Sales/Relationship & Account Management experience in the IT services industry Minimum of two years experience selling to Fortune 2000 companies Minimum two years of hands-on practical experience in designing and implementing Digital transformation solutions Preferred Skills: Experience in providing technology solutions enabling Digital Transformation and latest industry trends Experience in one or more of the following: API Gateway platform implementation, CX platform solutions, Agile transformation solutions, Test Automation, Mobile Application development, Microservices and containerization solutions, & DevOps Demonstrated communication skills at the leadership level within a client organization Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment Experience with proposal creation, RFP response development and sales planning Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills Expert level in using Microsoft Office Suite of applications Work Environment: Ability to travel up to 50% (both domestic and international) depending on project demand Customer facing work environment Active, highly engaged, multi-tasking environment Heavy team collaboration - provided by Dice
