TT Trained LSA - Weston

A fantastic Weston-Super-Mare based school is looking for an outstanding Learning Support Assistant who is Team-Teach trained to work with secondary aged pupils with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Such pupils can be disruptive, aggressive and consequently, difficult to support. This role will include raising self-esteem at every opportunity, ensuring a consistent approach to the child's behavioural difficulties and encouraging the provision of a positive classroom environment. It will also require the successful Learning Support Assistant to have previous experience within a challenging setting.

The school requires an LSA / Learning Support Assistant to start on a supply basis with the opportunity to go long term; the post will be Monday to Friday.
