The Job…

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you could support students from a wide range of Key Stages - EYFS, KS1, KS2 - helping them to reach their potential and thrive in the classroom. Your days will be varied, and you may work directly with key students to help them focus and grow, or with larger groups or the classroom to help everyone succeed.

We can work with your preferences to get you the right environment to suit your working needs.

You'll need to take initiative, be resilient, and drive pupils to achieve and progress. You'll be a team player, able to support colleagues in the classroom and across the school.

You'll Be…

Experienced working in school environments, particularly with children who need additional support
Able to help student focus and flourish with excellent communication skills
Have a passion for working with children who need extra support to reach their potential
Proactive, a team player and able to be flexible and adaptable

Have a Teaching Assistance/LSA qualifications
Have experience, training or qualifications in various aspects of SEN or student support
