Talented People Solutions are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing client!

This role is covering the area of Croydon and will be field based only. This role of course will predominately be on the road and delivering excellent support to clients and customers in terms of maintenance, repairs and breakdown solutions for commercial Coffee Machines, Vending Manchines and Bakery Appliances.

Shifts are Monday - Friday and working 1 Saturday once a month. There could be slight movement on the salary dependent on experience level.

You wouldn't be required to travel any further than 2.5 hours generally however, there could be the odd occasion when slightly more is required.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

* Reactive maintenance, repair and breakdown of all coffee, vending and bakery commercial equipment

* Carry out comprehensive maintenance to customers and aiming to resolve the cause of fault

* Complete and provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required, including reporting your arrival and departure from each call and obtaining customer confirmation where required

* Manage tooling and van stocks as well as job parts orders appropriately by receipting, consuming or returning for each job

Experience and skills required of the Field Service Engineer:

* Experience diagnosing and repairing White Good equipment or Catering equipment.

* Full driving license.

* Customer service centric.

You are provided with all the tools needed to do the role and a van.

You will be required for maximum a week to attending induction and training in one of their head office which will require overnight stay but all expenses paid.
