We are working with a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Tunbridge Wells seeking a confident and compassionate TA to support students with hearing impairments and additional needs.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who use British Sign Language

Support access to the curriculum across a range of subjects

Work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to ensure inclusive learning

Promote independence, confidence and academic progress

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds BSL Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (essential)

Has experience working in a school or education setting

Is patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive education

Can build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
