Working for an independent repairs company in Chertsey, the role for Sales Executive is essential for converting warm leads into business. This position will be reporting to the Directors and will be key to growing the business.

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive: 

• Converting warm inbound leads into new business.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process and ensuring customers are kept up to date.
• Using Salesforce to update customer information and bookings on the system.
• Liaising with partner garages to provide timely updates and organising recoveries where required.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a basic knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry.
• Be proactive in chasing leads and generating new business - money driven is essential!
• Be able to build rapport with customers on the phone to make them want to use your service.
• Have a proven track record of successful sales.
