About the Role

Working as part of a supportive HR team, you'll provide generalist HR support across the business, with a focus on employee relations, coaching managers, supporting change initiatives, and contributing to ongoing HR projects. This role offers hybrid working, with a mix of home and office-based work from their Southside Glasgow location.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and practical HR advice to managers and employees

Manage a range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases

Support recruitment and onboarding activities

*

Advise on policies, procedures, and employment legislation

*

Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

*

Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the business

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role

*

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

*

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*

Ability to manage a busy workload and work independently when required

*

CIPD qualified (Level 5 desirable) or equivalent experience
