Newport | £23,800 basic + £3,000+ achievable commission | 37.5 hours per week | Rota'd shifts Monday-Sunday | Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a customer-focused and sales-driven Sales Advisor to join our Newport branch. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contribution is recognised and rewarded.

Key Duties

Let storage rooms and office space to customers.

Sell merchandise and promote additional services.

Follow up on enquiries to convert leads into sales.

Process card and BACS payments, supporting credit control as needed.

Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure a clean, organised environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing sales, retail, or hospitality.

Confident and competent using Microsoft Office.

Flexible to work weekends as part of the rota.

Reside within a 30-minute commute of Newport.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Proactive, hands-on approach with strong customer service skills.
