An extremely personable and supportive Construction Consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor for their Cambridge office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a dual Quantity Surveying and Project Management team in Cambridge which delivers a mixture of industrial, commercial, logistic, and healthcare projects.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will come in and help lead the office alongside the Cambridge Partner, which will include project delivery, team and client management, and help win new business.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS or completed a Construction related degree

* Must have UK Construction Consultancy / PQS experience

* Strong pre and post contract knowledge

* Industrial project experience would be a major plus, but not essential

* Good management skills

* Client facing

* Based in/around Cambridge

* £75,000 - £80,000
