What You'll Be Doing:

Hunting and securing new business opportunities with levy-paying organisations from ambitious SMEs to major national employers.

*

Promoting a portfolio of 16 cutting-edge apprenticeship programmes across sectors including finance, early years, and professional services.

*

Building and managing a strong pipeline to deliver ambitious growth targets.

*

Nurturing employer relationships post-sale to drive long-term value and learner success.

*

Working closely with internal teams across recruitment, marketing, enrolment, and delivery to ensure a seamless client experience.

*

Staying ahead of industry trends and apprenticeship policy to inform your sales strategy.

*

Always maintaining compliance and delivering accurate, impactful IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance).

What You'll Need:

Proven B2B sales experience ideally in apprenticeships, training, or education.

*

Strong understanding of the apprenticeship levy landscape (or the desire to learn fast).

A proactive, strategic approach to business development - you're always two steps ahead.
