To be considered, you must have:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• Registration with Social Work England
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one)
• Team-relevant experience (e.g. hospital discharge, safeguarding, LD, MH, etc.)
