Our client is looking to expand their existing engineering team with the appointment of a lead mechanical design engineer with at least ten years' 3D CAD experience experience. Working with a successful market leader you will design a wide range of engineered products as the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer with a small team of more junior engineers reporting into you.

A regular user of 3D CAD the appointed lead mechanical design engineer will have a minimum of ten years' industry experience and be comfortable taking ownership of projects and delivering to agreed client timescales, and comfortable mentoring other mechanical design engineers working on other projects.

Mechanical Design Engineer:
* Degree or HNC/HND in mechanical engineering
* Minimum ten years' industry experience
* Have mentored more junior engineers
