Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.

Duties:-

• Handling shipments from start to finish (arranging collections, booking shipments with airlines/hauliers, processing docs, post flighting/ monitoring shipments & billing)
• Dealing with shippers, clients and overseas agents.
• Processing export entries (We use ASM Sequoia)
• T1 creation (experience not mandatory)
• Loading documents/PODs on operating system

Required Experience:-

• Completing all Export documentation
• Customs entries
• High level of accuracy with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively under own initiative.
• Good team player.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
