Executive Assistant - 12 Month FTC

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term ContractWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30 Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 from homeLocation: West End, LondonSalary: Competitive + excellent benefits

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a fixed-term opportunity within an international law firm? This role offers the chance to join a respected Corporate team in a West-End practice known for its supportive culture, high-quality client work and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full diary ownership and coordinating domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries and logistics

• Inbox management on behalf of Partners, prioritising correspondence and drafting responses
• Supporting compliance and end-to-end matter management processes
• Maintaining visibility on Partner priorities, clients and ongoing matters
• Producing, formatting and amending documents

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience as an EA within a legal professional services environment
• Exceptional organisational abilities, able to manage conflicting priorities calmly
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office with excellent document production skills
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to anticipate needs
• Enthusiastic, resilient and able to work effectively during busy transactional period
